To reserve a vendor table for your business, church, or ministry in our annual conference: call 919-803-1696 or send email at kcfanational@gmail.com to request for information.  Deadline to accept vendor table reservations: June 10, 2012All vendors must be fully registered at the conference and paid for tables before they are allowed to set up.  

2012 Tentative ANNUAL CONFERENCE COSTS:

Day Commuters…………………………………..$65

Single Adults (Age 16+) ………………………..$180

Single Parents with 1 child .……………...……..$250

Single Parents with 2 Children ………….……..$320

Couples without children .…………………...….$360

Couples with 1 Child ………………………...…$430

Couples with 2 Children (4 -15 yrs) …...…...…..$500

Parents with more than 2 children add $60 per child.

  • Please note that the above charges cover room, board and meals for the duration of the Conference.

  • A non-refundable Pre-registration fee of $25.00 per person is required by June 20, 2012. The fee will be applied to your total conference cost.  

  • Please pre-register to ensure you have a place. 

  • There will be a $20.00 key deposit refundable at the end of the conference when key is returned.
